Location: Shiu Fai Terrace, Happy Valley, Hong Kong / Size: 1,200 sq.ft + 700 sq.ft Roof Terrace
A covetable private rooftop, chic drinks bar and Scandi overtones feature in this spacious Wan Chai flat. As the tallest building in the neighbourhood – 12 storeys – the rooftop offered a measure of privacy. In the revised layout requested by our client, we retained only one bedroom plus a home office. Space from the spare third bedroom was used to enlarge the main bedroom and en suite, and to add a walk-in wardrobe. A second bathroom remains, but was updated.
